Open a new task in Automator, and select "Folder Action" as the type.How it's organized doesn't really matter. I have a top level "AirPrint" folder which then contains these two folders.

My printer doesn't support AirPrint (Apple's print over wi-fi solution) and Google has discontinued it's Cloud Print offering.
